Whenever I read an article on stopping aging I have to laugh. Sure sometime in the distance future we may be able to stop the aging process either by manipulating genes, cloning, robotics or some other medical procedure. We already have the iron lung, artificial heart, and for the tobacco industry the electronic cigarette. We need diabetes news, cancer news, we need viable solutions for today. At sixty-five years of age it’s a little to late for me to stop aging and to be honest I am not sure I want to stop aging and live forever.

There are five essential steps a person can take to slow the aging process. Most harmful habits do not show their results until it is too late. Taking the initiative to eat healthy and treat a body right is going to improve how a person ages. You do not have to go to from one extreme to the next, just make some changes. Take a Spain Holiday, travel to St. Pete Beach or wherever your favorite destination is. Be sure to take some time and relax. Stress is nobody’s friend.
